The IIBI is holding an online quiz on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code from April 16 to May 15
New Delhi, April 18 (KNN) The Indian Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board (IIBI) is currently organizing its Third National Online Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Quiz, 2016, from 16th April to 15th May, in association with MyGov, a portal government-run citizen engagement program.
The purpose behind hosting the quiz is to promote awareness and understanding of the Code among various stakeholders across the country.
The Quiz is open to Indian citizens aged 18 and above as of April 16, 2022.
Persons working in the IBBI and the BSE Investor Protection Fund (permanent and contractual), service providers under the IBC and registered with the IBBI and their immediate family members are not not eligible to participate in the quiz.
The winners will be rewarded within a range of Rs 25,000 to Rs 100,000 depending on their ranking.
Ten consolation prizes of Rs 10,000 will each be awarded to the next best performers and the top 10% performers will receive a certificate of merit.
The 2016 IBC established a collective insolvency resolution mechanism in the country maintaining a delicate balance for all stakeholders to preserve the economic value of the process within a limited timeframe. (KNN Office)
