Football fans will have a new place to play the bubble version of the beautiful game after it bounces around a 3G football pitch in a park in Norfolk.
The game, which can now be played at Kett’s Park in Wymondham, sees competitors wearing large inflatable bubbles, while trying to dribble, tackle and beat the keeper just like in the real game.
Organizers say the game yields “lots of hilarity and memories that will keep players laughing for many months to come.”
Councilor Richard Elliott of South Norfolk Council, who run the park, said: ‘We always try to encourage people to get more active and it’s such a fun way to exercise.
“Bubble football combines lots of laughs with a good cardio workout too.”
The game is available weekdays and weekends for £85 per hour.
The sessions are five and the minimum height required is 1.4 m.
