Weza Pereira helped lead the defense with eight tackles, three for a loss and one sack, in addition to a blocked punt.

Brady Dever, Fort Bend Christian: Quarterback play doesn’t get much more efficient. Dever completed 15 of 16 attempts for 423 yards and seven touchdowns without interception for a stellar 171.9 rating against Victoria St. Joseph. Bryan Domino (5-204-3), Marcus Chrétien (5-114-1), Braylon Gardoni (3-45-2) and Donovan Dixon (2-60-1) all scored in the rout.

Hymond Drinkard, George Ranch: Drinkard carried 22 times for 105 yards and a touchdown as the Longhorns won a defensive battle with Bush, assisted by interceptions from Garrison Backers and Trevion Aikens. Drinkard recorded his fourth 100-yard rushing performance of the season and set a career-high with a 14th touchdown.

Chase Jenkins, Alief Taylor: Jenkins carried 18 times for 110 yards while passing for 145 yards and touchdowns to Tyler King and Bricen Brantley in what could prove to be a crucial win for the Lions. Justin Jones (11 tackles), Keith Shaw (nine solo tackles, two breakouts), Blaise Tita (eight tackles, four TFLs, three rushes) and Javon West (interception, forced fumble) led a strong defensive effort against Strake I follow.

Ezell Jolly, Ridge Point: Jolly only needed eight carries to gain 89 yards and his seventh touchdown of the season. Bert Emanuel Jr. completed touchdown passes to Marvin Session, Wilson Batiste and Ryan Phillips as the Panthers went undefeated in the district.

Trumaine Mitchell, Terry: Mitchell’s 67-yard punt return for a touchdown started the party for the Rangers, who claimed their most one-sided victory of the season. Mitchell added 40 and 58 yard touchdowns from Jason Cruz. Terry was impressive on the ground, averaging 14.1 yards per carry. Michael Odom and Devin Wilkerson totaled 237 yards and five touchdowns in just 12 carries. The Rangers limited Milby to 76 yards and recorded their first shutout.

Terrance Woods, Stafford: Woods carried nine times for 139 yards and two touchdowns as the Spartans claimed a Key District victory over Columbia. Caleb Jones added a touchdown from Brayden Batiste, while Isaiah Bogerty (nine tackles, three TFLs, one sack), Rideau Jr. (eight tackles) and Chase Williams (three tackles, interception) helped lead the defense.
