After the Alabama Crimson Tide dealt with the Cincinnati Bearcats in the Cotton Bowl, former Alabama players are ringing the bell on Twitter.
The Alabama Crimson Tide managed to secure an impressive victory over the previously undefeated Cincinnati Bearcats in the Cotton Bowl. Nick Saban’s side came out and beat the Bearcats 27-6 thanks in large part to a dominant rushing offense and strong defense that stifled the Cincinnati offense.
Now, after the win, some former Crimson Tide stars have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on winning the Cotton Bowl.

Alabama’s defense looked great against one of the nation’s most productive attacks. The Bearcats are capable of scoring with ease and Alabama has stopped that.
Alabama weren’t quite able to pull off an easy victory over Cincinnati, but the Crimson Tide was clearly better than the Bearcats. It was a very solid and impressive victory that every Alabama fan should be happy with.
And now, after dropping 21 points and gaining over 200 yards, former Bearcats tight end Travis Kelce is tweeting through him.
The Alabama looked solid. The Cincinnati defense managed to keep the game from spiraling out of control, but the Bearcats were outmaneuvered early on. The Bearcats did better than most could have. They earned that spot and the right to play in Alabama. Saban’s team has just proven why they are better than everyone else.
