Bankruptcy of Sunwave Gas & Power Inc.


TORONTO, CANADA- TheNewswire – February 28, 2022 – On February 25, 2022, ONEnergy Inc. (“ONEnergy” or the “Company”) (NEX:OEG.H), (TSXV: OEG.H), stated that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunwave Gas & Power Inc. (“Sunwave Canada”), has filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law (“LFI”) and that A. Farber & Partners Inc. LIT (“Farber”) has been appointed trustee in bankruptcy. Sunwave Canada’s first meeting of creditors is scheduled for March 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) via Zoom videoconference.

The assignment in bankruptcy is limited to Sunwave Canada.

ONEnergy is currently a fictitious issuer and continues to pursue potential business opportunities. The other subsidiaries of the Company are currently inactive.
