Arizona vs Oregon updates: NCAA football live scores, results for Saturday

The Oregon Ducks are 3-1 against the Arizona Wildcats since November 2017, and they’ll have a chance to extend that success Saturday. The Ducks and Arizona will face off in a Pac-12 battle at 9 p.m. ET at Arizona Stadium. The Wildcats will have to be careful as Oregon has now posted big point totals in their last four games.

Oregon decided to play defense against itself last week, but the team still took the lead despite its 121 penalty yards. They picked up a comfortable 45-27 win over the Stanford Cardinal. QB Bo Nix became a supernova for Oregon as he passed for two touchdowns and 161 yards on 29 attempts in addition to rushing for two touchdowns and 141 yards. That nimble footwork stands out as the first time Nix has hit the 100 rushing yard mark this season.

Meanwhile, Arizona ran in circles around the Colorado Buffaloes last week, and the extra yardage (673 yards to 340 yards) paid off. The Wildcats took their game against Colorado by a conclusive score of 43-20. Laura’s QB Jayden had a dynamite game for Arizona; he had six touchdowns and 484 yards on 46 attempts.

Oregon is the favorite in this one, with an expected margin of victory of 13 points. Those who were lucky with them ATS last week may want to refrain from placing bets this time around, as the team is yet to string together ATS win streaks.

Oregon is now 4-1 while Arizona is 3-2. A pair of offensive stats to watch: The Ducks enter the game with the 10th fastest yards per game in the nation at 228.8. The Wildcats have shown some offensive firepower as they rank ninth in the nation in passing yards per game, averaging 340.
